Here is a few things you need to know:

• WCSAR is an all Volunteer, non-profit organization.

• Joining requires a current member to sponsor you for inclusion in the membership.

• Prospective members are required to fill out an application (provided by your sponsor) and pass a background check.

• Prospective members are required to attend two monthly business meetings prior to becoming a member

• Becoming a member requires a vote of the general membership, generally at the second meeting you attend.

• Members are required to become certified by completing state standardized training to become eligible for call response and joining specialty teams.
